The death toll from Indonesia's floods in eastern Papua province has risen to around 60. Rescuers are racing against the clock to help dozens who are still missing. A disaster response official says hundreds of houses are submerged in neck-high water. Roads and bridges have been destroyed, hampering rescue efforts. Another 59 people have been hospitalized, many with broken bones and head injuries. The dead include three children, who drowned after the rain-triggered floods began late Saturday.
