The United Nations says 2,500 more civilians have fled two Islamic State holdouts in east Syria. They've been taken to an already overcrowded camp in the northeast which now holds 43,000 internally displaced people. The UN refugee agency says that's far more than the camp can handle and conditions are dire. And as fighting in the east continues, civilian casualties are mounting and even more people are expected to flee.
