Police in the Central African Republic have arrested 13 main suspects for murdering three Chinese nationals on October 8. China's ambassador to the CAR Chen Dong and CAR officials visited the 63 Chinese nationals who had evacuated from the city where the crime happened. Chen called on Chinese citizens to believe that the motherland will be able to protect them.
