Beijing has retaliated against the United States for expanding tariffs on Chinese goods. China will raise duties on 60-billion-U.S.-dollars' worth of imports from the U.S. Professor John Gong from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing said this is a sign that China is showing its determination to not back off.
