The bulk cargo ship “Xinhuasheng” was spotted on fire at 7 a.m. local time in waters near Yancheng City, east China's Jiangsu Province on Thursday. The East China Sea First Rescue Flight Team of China's Ministry of Transport immediately dispatched two helicopters. Eleven crew members were successfully rescued.
