Thousands of butterflies were spotted clustering at a creek in southwest China's Sichuan Province recently, creating a rare scene. The butterflies gathered in large swarms when hot weather forced them to drink from the creek and to enjoy the cool air at the valley bottom, which was damp and relatively cool.
