A military helicopter crashed Wednesday morning in Afghanistan's western Farah Province, killing all 25 members on board, officials said.

Reportedly, the helicopter was on its way to neighboring Herat Province when it lost control.

The aircraft crashed due to "bad weather," the local government spokesman Nasir Mehri said.
