A car bomb exploded on the Syrian side of Kilis border gate between Turkey and Syria, near the Cobanbey Customs Gate on Tuesday, according to Turkish broadcaster NTV.

Preliminary reports indicated that there are casualties, but the number of victims was not clear immediately.

Ambulances have been dispatched to the scene.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
