‍The autumn is a perfect season for visiting scenic spots. In the group of aerial photos taken in the Hongze Lake wetland in Sihong County, east China’s Jiangsu Province, the scenery of the area was well presented.

Hongze Lake is one of China’s five largest freshwater lakes, and the wetland takes an area of about 24,000 hectares. It shelters a variety of species, including 194 kinds of birds, 67 types of fish and many other creatures and plants.

It is also one of the best areas for the migrant birds to spend the winter. Every year, about 200 types of birds would come here during their annual migration.
