Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo opened his goal in the season while he failed to bring a victory for Shanghai Shenhua during their 2-1 home loss to Hebei CFCC in Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday. New boys Shenzhen FC maintained their perfect start with a 2-1 win over Tianjin Tianhai.
Hebei took control of the match at the beginning as Morocco striker Ayoub El Kaabi got rid of Shenhua defender Bi Jinhao in a counterattack and sent the ball into the back of the net in half an hour.
The Nigeria international Ighalo, who completed moving to Shanghai Shenhua after leaving Changchun Yatai who relegated in last season, equalized the score four minutes later with his first goal for Shanghai Shenhua. However, Dong Xuesheng scored the winning goal for Hebei in the 65th minute to ensure Hebei's first win.
Juan Ramon Lopez Caro's side extend their winning streak in a comeback win over Tianjin Tianhai. Brazilian midfielder Renatinho gave Tianjin the lead while Harold Preciado's 91st-minute penalty -- awarded after Mi Haolun handled on the line -- leveled the match and three minutes later, Preciado delivered an assist to Zhang Yuan to give Shenzhen a second straight win.
"Thank God, now we have six points but even though we have six points we still have to stay humble and prepare well for the next game," said Preciado.
Defending champion Shanghai SIPG edged past Jiangsu Suning 3-2 on Saturday to maintain a second straight win. Shanghai SIPG now join Guangzhou Evergrande, Beijing FC and Shenzhen FC to reach six points in two rounds.
Another newly promoted CSL team Wuhan Zall gain their first win on Sunday as they beat Beijing Renhe 1-0 courtesy of Luo Xin's own goal.

CSL round two results:

Guangzhou Evergrande 1-0 Tianjin Teda
Beijing FC 4-0 Chongqing Siwei
Shandong Luneng 2-2 Henan Jianye
Guangzhou R&F 3-3 Dalian Yifang
