The 46-year-old also vitalized fire hydrants by painting some cartoon figures on the dull facilities. He said that these emergency facilities became more visible after he “re-designed” them. /VCG Photo

Chen did not restrict his creative desire to the road. He looked for some waste which he thought could be the materials for his creations when he was at work and collected them to make them into some decorations. /VCG Photo
