Facebook has set up a new "war room" to exile fake accounts in Silicon Valley on October 17. The social network is trying to prevent being used as a platform to interfere in elections and spread the bogus news. As part of the crackdown, Facebook also has hired fact checkers to vet new stories posted on the platform.
