UK police names two Russians in Skripal poisoning case

British prosecutors said on Wednesday that they have sufficient evidence to charge two Russian nationals with conspiracy to murder former Russian agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury in March.
A European arrest warrant has been issued for the two, who were named as Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, prosecutors said.
