People in Barcelona build incredible "human castles" or castells every year in honor of Barcelona's patron saint. Competitors attempt to create different sorts of towers. In 2010, castells were declared by the UNESCO one of the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
