Former KMT chairperson to visit Beijing May 12-15

Hung Hsiu-chu, former chairperson of the Kuomintang (KMT) party from Taiwan, will lead a delegation to visit Beijing from May 12 to 15, announced the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council on Thursday.

Officials from the two sides will discuss issues concerning cross-Strait relations and others of common concern, said spokesperson Ma Xiaoguang.
