Two rangers happened to run into a sleeping wild giant panda cub in a tree cave in the Dafengding Nature Reserve, which is located in Meigu County, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on Sept. 23. The panda cub was confirmed to be less than two months old. It is the first wild panda cub found in the reserve since it was established 40 years ago.
