China will undertake three measures to fully leverage Shanghai's role in opening up, said Chinese President Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai on Monday. China will set up new districts of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and encourage innovative exploration in facilitating trade and investment and, accumulate more experience that can be promoted nationwide.
