Renowned entrepreneur Wang Guangying passes away at 100

Wang Guangying, renowned Chinese entrepreneur and former vice chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, passed away at the age of 100 on Monday in Beijing.
In 1983, he was named as honorary chairman and general manager of the state-owned Everbright Group Ltd.
Wang Guangying was born into an industrialist's family in 1919 in Beijing.
Soon after he graduated from college in 1943, Wang founded the Modern Chemical Factory with a friend in China's Tianjin Municipality.
Despite his accomplishments, he remained extremely humble and modest all his life.
