A meeting among Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Mongolian President Khaltmaa Battulga took place in Qingdao on Sunday. President Xi said the Belt and Road framework will deepen ties among the neighbors. It has been three years since the leaders met to talk about the Belt and Road Initiative, especially as it concerns the China-Russia-Mongolia route.
