Nationwide blackout, rallies and clashes in Venezuela

On March 9, Venezuelan opposition protesters clashed with police at the site of a planned rally where Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido planned to appear. The Socialist Party also called for mass demonstrations on the same day to protest U.S. imperialism. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that the country was the victim of yet another cybernetic attack on the national electrical system.
