Wang Lei, 31, is an entrepreneur from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in northwest China. His first business venture started in 2010 but failed. Based on the support from the local government and the encouragement from his family, Wang Lei and his partners embarked again on the path of entrepreneurship in 2012 and gained success.
