China and Turkey have cooperated on the BRI in several areas. As part of the digital silk road, Turkcell, Turkey’s main telecommunications provider, has joined forces with Huawei. They are working together on the development of 5G technologies in Turkey, which will change people’s lifestyles and transform industry. The two business giants also signed a Smartcity cooperation protocol for the Turkish city of Samsun.
