The annual Boao Forum for Asia kicks off Tuesday in Boao in China's Hainan Province. The theme of this year is "Shared Future, Concerted Action, Common Development." As a warm-up for the gathering, economics Professor Liu Baocheng from the University of International Business and Economics shared his view on some hot issues, like China's high-quality development, the property tax and the Greater Bay Area development.
