It the campaign that started on Dec. 26, 21 kilograms of cigarette butts, about 84,000 filters in total, were collected in the first ten days, according to local media reports. /VCG Photo
It's worth noting that Xi'an became the latest Chinese city to ban smoking in public spaces on November 1. It prohibits smoking in all indoor public venues, including on public transport and at schools and health institutions. /VCG Photo
