Chinese President Xi Jinping and Papua New Guinea (PNG) Prime Minister Peter O'Neill attended the opening ceremony of Butuka Academy, a PNG-China friendship school with a table tennis training center, on November 16, in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. President Xi encouraged athletes to be friendly messengers between the people of China and PNG. Zhang Yining, China's world and Olympic Games champion, is set to coach Papua New Guinea's national team players.
