A U.S.-led conference on the Middle East continued for a second day on Thursday. Officials from over 60 countries are meeting in the Polish capital. Iran is at the top of the summit's agenda, which also includes the Israeli-Palestinian peace process and the conflicts in Syria and Yemen. Germany, France, and Russia declined to send their foreign ministers to the meeting. The European Union's foreign policy chief is also absent.
