China has always adhered to the principle of non-interference, and expects other countries to do the same, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said during a UN Security Council meeting in New York on Wednesday in response to US allegations of China "attempting to interfere" in the 2018 US midterm elections.
