Chinese Zhu Ting awarded MVP in volleyball's Club World Championship

Chinese spiker Zhu Ting led VakifBank Istanbul with 21 points in their sweep of Minas Tenis Clube (25-23, 25-21, 25-19) to win the FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship title for the second straight year on Sunday.
Zhu ended as the tournament's top scorer with a total of 98 points in five matches and was named best player for the second successive year. 
In addition to Zhu's haul, three other players also had double figures. Kelsey Robinson added 15 points for VakifBank, Gabriela Braga Guimaraes led the scoring for Minas with 16 points while Bruna Honorio Marques had 15.
VakifBank also became the first team to win the Women's Club World Championship three times.
Both sides progressed to the tournament's knockout stage from Pool A, in which VakifBank also beat South American champions Minas.
