Twin bombings during a Sunday church service in Sulu Province in the southern Philippines have killed at least 27 people. The armed forces said another 77 were wounded. The first blast went off near the Jolo Cathedral, while churchgoers were inside. A second was set off in the parking lot. Most residents on the island province are Muslims, and it's a stronghold of the Muslim militant group Abu Sayyaf. No one has claimed responsibility for the incidents.
