The draft agreement for Britain's exit from the European Union has the backing of the other 27 EU members. They will no longer open the draft deal for negotiations and it now goes to leaders to sign. The EU's Brexit negotiator said the agreement reached between the bloc and the United Kingdom was fair and balanced.
