In Zhaojue County, southwest China's Sichuan Province, 98 households earn their living by two means: farming and raising sheep. To lift the village out of poverty, village officials Pacha Youge and Hu Wenhua, who are among the 816,000 village officials across China, have come up with a solution after a bit of research: setting up a sheep cooperative. These young people have successfully introduced new ideas to mountains and boosted villagers' confidence in alleviating poverty.
