The family of Luo, now 70, moved into the building in 1993 and lived on the ground floor. The patriarch loved to plant flowers. After he passed away in 2012, son Luo started to take care of the flowers, according to local media. This drone video shows the pretty pink flowers climbing more than 30 meters high on the outer wall of the nine-story residential building.
