The Chinese Premier has arrived in Japan for an official visit. Li Keqiang said bilateral ties stood ''at an intersection for returning to a normal path of development.'' He added he hoped his visit will promote sound and stable growth in relations for the long term. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the signing of the peace and friendship treaty between the two countries.
