Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree suspending the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty with the United States. It comes a month after the U.S. pulled out of the accord. Both countries have accused each other of violating the agreement. Our correspondent Lucy Taylor has the latest from Moscow.
