The Chinese Ministry of National Defense has dished out awards to 10 fans for following its Weibo account. They were given out on the 10th anniversary of the PLA Navy’s first escort mission in the Gulf of Aden and waters off Somalia. Each fan received a commemorative envelope. The ministry’s spokesperson read out their names and thanked all the fans for following the ministry’s account.
