At least 11 people died after two Tanzanian-flagged ships caught fire in the Kerch Strait near Crimea on Monday, Russian media reported, citing the country's maritime agency. Twelve people have been found alive so far. A total of 31 sailors, including Turkish and Indian nationals, were said to be on board.
