The leaders of the two Koreas have met in Pyongyang on Tuesday to begin their official summit talks on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and other issues. ROK president Moon Jae-in flew to Pyongyang on Tuesday and was greeted by DPRK leader Kim Jong Un. It's the pair's third summit of the year.
