Sichuan authorities held a memorial service to honor 30 people killed in a deadly forest fire. The 27 firefighters and three volunteers are named martyrs by the Ministry of Emergency Department the and Sichuan provincial government. The Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture declared Thursday as a day of public mourning. Locals paid tribute by laying flowers and lighting candles.
