Quiz: How much do you know about seals?

Overfishing, hunting, and pollution all pose threats to seals. Although many species are increasing their populations, some are not as lucky. The Mediterranean monk seal, for example, is listed as endangered by International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).

In order to raise awareness and protect these oftentimes adorable creatures, conservationists celebrate March 1 as the International Day of the Seal.
