China to establish list for unreliable foreign entities

China announced on Friday it would establish an "unreliable entities" list. The list is for foreign companies, organizations or individuals who fail to obey market rules, and/or harm the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, said the Chinese Commerce Ministry.
