Spanish authorities are evacuating the Atocha train station in Madrid on Wednesday, Reuters reported, citing the train operator Renfe.

No immediate reasons were given for the evacuation.

This directive came after Barcelona's train services resumed following a bomb scare that caused two rail lines to close.
