A man's legs were seriously damaged after he was hit by a car in Jiangyou City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, on August 25. A policeman sat on the ground holding the man's head even as he directed traffic. An ambulance soon arrived and took the man to the hospital. He is now out of danger.
