Kim Jong Un, the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), and Republic of Korea (ROK) President Moon Jae-in on Wednesday signed a summit agreement following their second round of talks at the Paekhwawon State Guest House in Pyongyang.
