A research and development team from South Korea's Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology has recently developed an eco-friendly toilet which can turn waste into clean energy and even wealth. The toilet utilizes vacuum suction and it requires only about 500 milliliters of water to flush the excreta to a microbial reactor nearby.
