The first Smart China Expo, under the theme of "Smart Technology: Empowering Economy, Enriching Life", is being held in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality from August 18 to 25. Twenty teams from all over the country tested their driverless cars in complex traffic situations, such as dodging pedestrians. Meanwhile, an intelligent parking system was demonstrated with the purpose of solving parking problems.
