Death toll rises to 31 in SW China forest fire

The death toll has risen to 31 from the devastating forest fire in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Sichuan Province, as one more victim was found dead on Thursday.
The newly reported victim was a 50-year-old female surnamed Wang, a local forestry official in Muli County. 
She lost contact in the forest while battling the blaze and was found dead at 15:15 on Thursday. 
Previously, 30 people were confirmed dead in the fire including 27 firefighters, two forestry officials and one villager.
A memorial service was held Thursday morning in Xichang City.
