M5.2 earthquake jolts NW China

A 5.2-magnitude earthquake hit Akto County of the Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region at 7:08 p.m. Thursday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter of the earthquake was recorded at a depth of 10 kilometers. 

There have been no reports on casualties so far.
