Thunberg started her first school strike for the climate in August last year, and has since inspired students worldwide to take part in regular Friday protests to push world leaders into action on climate change. /VCG

Tens of thousands of students from across the globe skipped classes for their climate strikes again this Friday, the biggest of the strikes so far. /VCG
