Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte witnessed the destruction of over 60 smuggled luxury vehicles as part of his anti-corruption drive on July 30 at Cagayan Province. Bulldozers crushed over 5.5 million US dollars worth of luxury vehicles, which included a Lamborghini and Porsche. Duterte said the destruction was meant to show the Philippines as a place of investment and his toughened stance against illegal importers.
