Under the surface of the South China Sea, there is a huge biological system of sea plants and creatures. The residents of Hainan Province and nearby islands are devoted to the protection of the region's ecosystem, generation after generation.

On the coast of Fenjiezhou Island, residents have been nurturing coral for more than a decade. Under the guidance of marine experts, they put man-made reefs undersea to create growing conditions for coral, which helps to improve the habitat for fish.

The ecosystem of the coral reefs around the Island is preserved well now.
